Please note, all insurance is billed as a courtesy to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider. Clients will bear financial responsibility for their deductible, co-pays, coinsurance, or lack of coverage.
In order to reduce unexpected expenses, we encourage all clients to reach out to their insurance and ask the following questions:

Out of Pocket Fees
Individual Therapy - $135
One-on-One therapy
55 - Minute Standard Session
Session may include variety of modalities, including EMDR.
Fees are not reduced for sessions shorter than 55-minutes unless the client and therapist have pre-determined taking a FACT approach with reduced session times upon intake/initial consult, per therapist recommendation.
Individual Intake Session - $185
55-minute Intake Session for Individual Therapy
Each new client will require an intake session
Session is intended to address potential diagnoses (if applicable), conduct assessment, gather information about the client, review client history, and identify client’s needs and goals.
Couples Therapy - $155
55-minute couples session
Couples sessions are private pay only
Session will be conducted from a Gottman Couples Therapy approach or Discernment Counseling.
Couples Intake Session - $200
Each new couple will require an intake session, which may take between 60-90 minutes
Couples intake session is intended to address assessment of presenting problems, identify of strengths, gather information about both clients, review history, and identify goals.
